Great book! Very glad I purchased as I am a beginner. Book does a good job of explaining what this wonderful camera is capable of. I especially like the charts, diagrams, and pictures which show you what each icon is for, where to find it on the camera, and what each of its functions are. I know I will never use this camera to its fullest potential but it's nice to know the info is in this book if I ever need it.M.G.

Lots of great information presented in a logical manner. The author explained steps in layman's terms and there are lots of screen shots and illustrations. The book is a great size to stick in a pack and is light weight, so it's portable enough to take on nature trips. I thoroughly researched the options and am very happy with this guide.
