Review: Excellent product and value and great customer service - This was my first bike stand; I'm an exacting customer and was very impressed with the quality and value of this product. It's very well designed and built - e.g., it's sturdy/solid, and quick release clamps work well. I have heavy ebikes and one mistake I made was not tightening the clamp on the seat post enough. This bike slid down a bit while I was working on it the first time and the seat base dug into the red plastic protector on the clamp. This was a user error and when I tightened the clamp properly there was not problem. The instructions could be clearer on this point There was a defect in the base on the original product I got, but the Yaheetech customer service was very responsive and quickly sent a replacement. I'm very pleased with this this purchase and the Yaheetech customer service experience.
Review: Pretty nice product for the price! - In my younger days I was a professional bicycle mechanic at several different bike shops around SoCal. Im used to working with the Park professional $2500 repair stand. I figure for the $50 i spent, It would be no big loss if it turned out to be crap. I was happily surprised at how heavy and sturdy this is. You would have to shove this thing pretty hard to knock it over. I was able to remove some stubborn pedals from cranks while my bike was in the stand, and it moved a bit, but at no point did i feel it would fall over. Pro's: Heavy duty Lots of Adjustment, ie: height, rotation, width of legs, etc. Plastic joints seem fairly durable Assembly took less than a couple minutes Folds up easily Great Price for a fairly decent product Cons: My only gripe. :)... Tightening the blue clamp wheels even when cranked down as far they will go, don't hold the tubes very solid in place. I'm used to clamping on the seat tube, as you can do damage or mark the frame anywhere else, so the front of the bike slowly dips down until the front tire touches the ground or the legs. This only happens with heavier bikes such as my aluminum full suspension bike and my girlfriends hard tail aluminum mountain bike. My lighter urban flat bar bike stays in place, but not perfectly, the front of the bike still dips down easily if you give it any pressure. I may drill small holes in the clamps to put a pin through to keep it from rotating.

**Q: Can you pedal your bike while having it hung on the stand**
A: You can turn the pedal crank while the bike is in the stand to look at the chain from different positions, work on the shifter, etc.

**Q: What is the size of the box when shipping?**
A: Rectangular 6inches by 6 inches square 5 feet long...not very heavy. Great rack!

**Q: Mine arrived with a brken clamp that locks the telescoping upright in place. Should I reorder since others have had similar issues?**
A: Off course.

**Q: What is the small thin rod with the plastic loops on each end for? Doesn't seem like it fits securely against the vertical rod.**
A: It is a stability rod to prevent the front wheel from moving side to side. Each end has multiple holes to adapt around. Works great.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Okay for Occasional Maintenance

The stand looks nice with tubular construction and was easy to assemble. The price with the coupon makes it quite reasonable in price, but it is only okay for holding the bike in place. The stand does not hold the bike in position. I have a Northrock Mountain Bike and while some of the modifications I've done do make it a bit heavier, the stand should hold it balanced or parallel to the ground from front to back. No matter how hard I tightened down, the bike always turned with the rear wheel much higher than the front wheel. When I want to work on the front wheel, there is no way to turn the bike that places the front into a higher position, and when I went to adjust the derailers, I finally had to place a stool under the front wheel to keep the front and rear parallel. The clamp protectors also come loose when trying to hold the bike in place. on the stand, and when using the clamp to hold the bike by the seat post, a necessary way of holding a bike that has gear cables running under the center bar, again no matter how tight I made the clamp, the bike still slid from the grab point down to the seat. I will likely have to make some alterations to the stand to make it keep the bike parallel or adjust to place the tire I am working on higher. I will also probably also add adhesive to hold the clamp protectors in place. It will work for occasional bike work though, and it's problems are somewhat expected because the price is very good for a bike stand. Also, once I figure out how to alter its adjustment it will become a good stand. Finally, one more comment, please use a delivery service other than FedEx. Their communications are poor at best and despite having my home address, they still left the box at the Post Office, and I received no communications from FedEx that they were delivering there.
