So far this is the best product that I've tried for adrenal fatigue. When I first began taking it, I noticed that I was craving salt less, did not have my 2pm crash, and my digestion seemed to be much happier. I have been taking these for about three months, and all of this still holds true. Is it a cure? No. But it makes life much more manageable. I went from not being able to stay awake for seven hours straight to being able to function at work again! I'm curious to see if there's a difference in the next saliva test I take. I do notice dramatic differences in my fatigue when I have forgotten to take Adreset. It doesn't mention it on the bottle, but according to my doctor you are supposed to take one midday, and one in the afternoon, both on an empty stomach. Previously I was taking two in the morning and two at night - I think this was slightly more effective for stabilizing sodium, potassium, and fluid levels - and my weight...but I'll try it his way for awhile. (I am also taking Metagenics - Adrenogen 90T now as well, however the first two months of Adreset were by itself).

I never relied on anything that’s not backed by FDA. Or “natural”, or anything that could remotely affect cognitive function (even what’s now legal/prescription in some states). Not my thing. Adreset was recommended by a friend going through a lot of stress, per her naturopath. She was not overly excited when she was sharing how good it was, and that it helped. So I let this bottle sit in my cart for months! I took my time doing research of the three ingredients…and decided to give it a try. Now, let me just say I had the most stressful two years in my life: illnesses, death, missing persons in my family; going through a merger at work. I’ll stop at this, because I will start sounding like I’m making stuff up. Anyhow, just in a few days after taking it I felt like the stress of these past years was completely, absurdly lifted, and I got a new, lighter body. My anxiety went away. I started sleeping better. I felt RESTED. I felt like MYSELF. I felt like I can now hear and see my husband and spend time with him. My cognitive abilities enhanced: I like to read in bed - some highly technical concepts, and NOW even though still a bit tired after a long day, I don’t have to re-read sentences and understand everything clearly when tired. I can go on and on with more examples! Now, couple caveats. I started slow and only did one pill in the morning and one in late afternoon and saw effects on day 3. I decided not to go up to the recommended 4 a day. I experienced some common side effects and tried going down…to one a day. On day 3 my anxiety started coming back as the effects wore off. I went back to 2/day. Side effects: from what I read, typical. I was waking up at night from my heart beating too fast. And nose bleeds every other day randomly. This pill gets your heart beat and blood pressure up, and sugar down so do your research before you take this, esp if you’re diabetic or have cardiovascular issues and need to adjust your meds. Then I went back up to 2/day, decided to adjust my approach that must have fixed the side effects- I take one at 9 (long after coffee), and at 3 (long before bed time), and both side effects went away. I realize it’s not recommended taking Adreset longer than three months. This makes me sad because I’m finally feeling like myself after a very long time. I take good care of my health (other than stressful events I have little control over) and track my vitamin/hormone/stuff levels through full blood panels twice a year. I’ve never experienced such obvious effects from supplements. I am now one month in, and have two months left to figure how to manage stress before I have to stop taking Adreset. If youre going through stressful time, or a grief, try this. I didn’t realize how beat my mind (and my body) was until I got this relief. Try it. Worst case- it doesn’t work. Best case - you’ll get a break that your body really needs. I won’t comment on quality, this horse is dead: this is one of the best manufacturers out there, worth the money.

Yes, it's kind of pricey, but this stuff is amazing. For years I had been having bouts of insomnia and waking up multiple times through the night, plus for several months some weird hormonal issue had been causing me to get my period every two weeks (my doctor did a bunch of tests but couldn't find anything.) Within just a few weeks of taking this I could sleep through they night and my cycle normalized right away, plus I have more energy than I've had in a long time. Initially I was taking four pills, but now I only take two and still feel great. Absolutely worth the money!

I took this for adrenal fatigue. I took it for about 4 weeks (2 breakfast, 2 lunch) for me to feel the effects. I had lots of hyper energy, but also felt calm and chill. It was really nice. It stopped working and so my doctor increased it to 3 pills 2x a day. Same thing happened as before. I think you can get a tolerance to these. After being on 6 pills of this a day I didn't want to go up anymore, so I decided to take a break for 3 weeks and let my tolerance go down again. I'm pretty sure for the adreset to work you need to cycle it. For now I've switched to D-ribose (for ATP) and Ashwaganda (for a clear head).

I only gave it 3 stars because of my reaction. I think the product is really good, but my system is too sensitive to the Asian ginseng and really over stimulates me. I have found another product that is similar that has American Ginseng in it that is milder. But I am not giving up on this product. Ginseng is a great builder of the body. So as my body gets stronger from the American Ginseng, I will come back to this product to continue the building process.

My naturopath advised I take this after my adrenal panel came back. I told her everyday I woke up and felt like I hadn't slept and the panel confirmed that's exactly how I felt. My levels were 1.5 out of 10 with an early evening spike of 2 and back down to 1. I would be dragging at work especially around 2 I would have an energy crash. After taking this for about 2 weeks I started to feel the results. My mind isnt cloudy, I have more energy but in a good way not like a bolt of energy that leaves me with a crash or depleted. My energy level is what I would consider normal and funtional for a female in her late 20s. I personally take one with breakfast and 2 with lunch and find that to be the right balance foe me.

Works as advertised. Recommended by natural doctor and find great value in using it for adrenaline health.

Very helpful in providing relaxation prior to sleep.
