When a marine dealer switched my Johnson 15hp outboard motor from manual use to automatic start and remote steering several years ago the original ignition switch was misplaced. This switch will replace the missing ignition switch perfectly, now I can once again use the motor in manual mode on a smaller boat. Johnson 15hp 1984 model electric start, runs like brand new!
