poor fitting to gas canister
the threads to screw on to the canister are wrong and so could not get it to fit correctly to the gas refill canister , when I managed to get it on the screw in shut off valve did not work which meant the gas was escaping . At £40 per refill can wastage is not good and so I had to use a pair of grips to squeeze the pipe closed. I have bought a similar item else where and it is much better quality

Should be left hand thread onr1234yf.
This has a left hand thread and the cans amazon sells is right hand. Managed to seal the can but amazon should stop selling wrong cans.

Poor quality hose
Used this a couple of times and the next time I picked it up to use it the hose was cracking/perishing. Still works I guess but not something I would trust now or recommend for much more than a one off usage.

Worked
Worked in away but couldn't seal the canister while using or to save what was left in the canister. But I was able to top up the AC in the end

La llave de paso tuvo una fuga de refrigerante la rosca interna no tiene el mismo paso métrico que la del tubo del fluido, motivo por el cual al pinchar con el obús se perdió tdo el fluido. un desastre! Desconozco si ha sido algo puntual o el problema pudiera ser recurrente

I do most of the repairs on all my vehicles and air-conditioning is no different. I worked for an air conditioning mobile unit for a number of years and feel confident that I’m able to recharge my air C unit when I need to. When I was looking to purchase tools to be able to do this for my vehicle which is a 2016 Land Rover I found this tool very useful. I did like the pressure dial on the front. It was clear easy to use easy to read worked well. The only caution I have is that if you’re not aware of how to do this properly to research online before doing so. Having this in my tool kit allows me to be able to recharge my unit anytime I need to. It’s a small tool that does big things.
