Use a pantry liner or pad. Doesn’t include anything for the discomfort while you’re waiting for it to kick in. So buy that separately. In 12 hours my pain and itching was 1/5 of what it was before using this. Works FAST and it’s cheap!I thought I had a yeast infection coming on and was hoping I didn’t but by the time I realized it was a yeast infection I was miserable and work before any pharmacies open. So I same day delivered this product because I was too broke to buy the name brand. One it’s SO much cheaper! And 12 hours later (I fell asleep maybe 2-3 hours after inserting it and slept for about 8 hours) I woke up feeling 1/5 of what I had before using it. I was shocked at how fast this stuff works! The only downside for me was it didn’t come as an “egg” that I’m used to inserting. It was like a tampon plunger filled with gel. So definitely use a pad or panty liner. Also it doesn’t come with any extra products like some name brand boxes do like wipes or vulva cream for the pain or itching. So you do have to ride that part out until it starts working. You use this as night and it’s one treatment.
