Usually go to a restaurant and mix it into my food this is second to mad dog, have had about a dozen other hot sauces. Brings an amazing brightness to any dish and I love that this has no extract. It really lets the flavor of the 7 pot and reaper shine. Tangy, slightly citrus-y and very peppery. Packs a good burn but isn't overwhelming. This one definitely has more of an immediate burn that doesn't hang around for too long. Making it good for daily use. I put this on my chicken and rice for lunch and it's a great pairing. Personally, I feel that Zombie Apocalypse is hotter so I don't know if I'd consider this the hottest non-extract hot sauce.
