This is a white perforated plastic/vinyl type of “paper.” It is not exactly true to size, as my pieces measured 8.25 X10 7/8’s. While this did not make a difference for my use, it would if you need the pieces to be full size. They have “squares” on the vinyl every few inches which seem like they are double the thickness. While, once again this did not effect my use, I do think if you used it for cross stitch or needlepoint, a solid worked area may appear raised. I bought this To make holders for pierced earrings, so none of this prevented me for using it for my intended Purpose.
