**Q: I have 35 inch opening, can I trim  half inch off width of each to make it fit?**
A: Yes you can , but you should probably do it from the center fold and re-attach the hinges.  I love these doors. They have worked great for us. The edges are about 3/4 inches wide.

**Q: Will I be able to cut 1" off the bottom so the door is only 79" tall?**
A: Good afternoon, we have had some people in the past do this, and had great success, however, if you were to do this, we would not be able to take any return.  They are solid core, so if you chose to cut them, it SHOULD work.Thanks,Aaron

**Q: I need to cut the doors to 44 length.  Can you tell me:  How far is it from door top to bottom of 3rd cross piece?**
A: I measure 46 3/8 inches. Hope this helps...

**Q: My opening is 58" ,can I trim 1/2 " off each panel (4)  ?**
A: Yes. We actually had to do this with our doors. We had to take the hinges off and using a table saw, trimmed 1/4" off of each side to keep everything symmetrical. You cannot tell on the finished product. Hope this helps!
