Review: Smooth, Last Forever, #1 Pen - I'm a writer who began writing pen and paper. So pens me a lot to me. I don't like just picking up any pen. And this is not just any pen. First of all, the thing seems to last forever. I don't know if there's a secretly little elves that refill it all the time or what but the ink just keeps going on and on and on. The cap stays securely on it without flying away. Even when I get that urge to click the little tab. The cap also secures on the back of it when you are writing. The ink flow is very smooth. You don't get that thing where at least tiny little white dots inside of the letter. I know this doesn't bother the majority of the population but it bothers me when pens do this. I want my writing to be nice and smooth. That is what this pen gives. There are never itty bitty little white dots inside of your writing. It also does not bleed or at least I've never had it do it. So even though the ink is nice and strong and flows well, you don't have to worry about it going through to the next page (unless you do something like scribble or press the pen down really really hard or use trasing paper or something). Just an all-around great pen. I would go from store to store to store to find this very specific pen and sometimes when they didn't have it I would have to go to more stores just to try to find it. When my silly brain realized I could get a bulk pack right here, it was like a kid with christmas. Not to mention you don't even have to pay all that much money for it. So you're getting all that for a great price. So if you're like me and you really need a great pen that writes smooth without all those white dots and lasts forever, this is the pen you want.

These are one of my favorite pens. When filling out forms etc, this is one of the first pens I reach for. They write so smoothly, there is no scratchiness when writing. They feel great in my hand. THESE. ARE. MY. FAVORITE. PENS. The absolute best. I work in emergency services and spend a lot of time jotting notes in all kinds of environments. I can’t deal with a pen that doesn’t work or can’t write in an emergency. These things last for MONTHS and never skip or write a broken line. Like. NEVER. I keep notes on 3x5 notecards and these allow me to take very tiny, but perfectly legible notes! They don’t bleed at all and they always produce a line of a consistent thickness. If they ever stop making these I would cry. Just be careful if you press very hard, the tips can bend with extreme pressure. I don’t often lend these to others because I worry about the tips being damaged (I keep a cheap ballpoint pen for those situations). Also, this is NOT like a ballpoint pen. It is more like a fountain pen with a tiny tiny tip in terms of ink flow. So of course it won’t write on some shiny surfaces and it will smear if the surface isn’t somewhat absorbent. I always also carry a regular old ballpoint for those carbon copy forms that require you to push hard and some types of writing surfaces, but this is my go to pen for almost any kind of normal writing.
