Is it actually a part for that truck?** A: It said it was for my truck too but there’s no way I had a 5/8” return hose. If your return hose is 5/8” then it’ll work. **Q: Does it fit Honda Accord 2004?** A: This fits a 5/8 power steering hose. Check your hose size first. I assume it could be used for any vehicle give the correct diameter for the hose. For example, I replaced my rack and pinion and went to Advance auto, but all they had was a 3/8 (although they said it would fit) and it was way too loose. Vehicle type should not matter. Make sure you install the filter with the correct the flow direction. There is a little sticker on the side of the filter to help you out.
