A: Bank one is rear or "right" side of the transverse mounted Pentastar.  Denso 234-4547 is the correct sensor for the downstream rear.  Denso 234-4545 is the listed part for all other 3 positions, including upstream rear and both front sensors.  Understand, though, that a P0420 usually indicates that the downstream sensor readings are tracking too closely with the upstream sensor, indicating the converter itself is ineffective, but you can try the O2 sensors first.

A: Bank 2 sensor 2 is going to be drivers side, furthest from the engine. So use 234-4547. For future, Bank 2, Sensor 1 and Bank 1, Sensor 2 use 234-4545, while Bank 2 Sensor 2 and Bank 1 Sensor 1 Use 234-4547.  On the 2012s and Higher 3.6, Bank 1 is drivers side and Bank 2 is passenger side.
