I bought this product after researching homeopathic supplements for managing rheumatoid arthritis/lupus. I've suffered from autoimmune issues in the past, a hyper-thyroid and I'm a firm believer in going the natural route if possible. I currently take CoQ10 with hawthorn berry, vitamin D and curcumin 95 but following hip replacement surgery it seemed that my pain and stiffness increased in my lower back/hip, hands and feet. My current supplement regimen just wasn't doing the trick. I can't tell if anything is changing for certain, but I don't seem to have as many digestive issues now that I take it regularly. I also like that I can give it to my son in applesauce, since He can't swallow pills yet.
