## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is it latex free?**
A: I am not sure but I am allergic to latex and have not had a problem but I mostly use it around my legs and have pants on.

**Q: Is the exercise guide sheet made with aluminum?**
A: No it is plastic.

**Q: Can the resistance band inside be changed in an event of breakage or it wears out? Or do you throw it away if that occurs?**
A: They cannot be changed.  Doubtful you will need to do so.  I have had the the shoulder cords for years with much use and no issues.

**Q: When will the medium band be restocked?**
A: We should have everything back in stock next week!

Used this band while doing Physical Therapy and love that it doesn't roll or cut into your skin, like the other bands do. Bought one so I could continue the routine on my own at home. Comes with a card with exercises on it and also free access to an online work out platform (which I haven't tried yet).
