The 8-inch wheels make it very easy to walk outside, going over grass or other surfaces. It folds from the middle to make it narrower, which is very useful in restaurants and other crowded spaces. The basket is very handy and a good size. The seat is great, making a useful & padded place to sit down when tired. Very sturdy. It’s not too heavy and can be lifted into a car trunk without much difficulty. Its made a huge difference going to the museum, he can rest any time he needs to. Its also great at restaurants which often do not have seating accommodations. I gave it a 4 for maneuverability because the back wheels are fixed in place (by design). the fixed wheel makes it much or steady but decreases maneuverability. It will not skid out to the side if you slip. We needed steady and a seat high enough for him to stand on his own. Very well built, smooth rolling. Folds easily and slides into back of small SUV. Like a riding in a Cadillac after a Jeep. The only problem is common to all Eurostyle rollators - the basket is in front and down from the backrest and difficult to access if you don't bend well. If you are going to need a rollator for more than a couple of months, and if your life includes walking outside, going to malls, and in general being active the extra cost is worth it. I have called the company, in Vancouver Canada, a few times with questions and they have been very helpful.EDIT: My Trillium is now 5 years old and still going strong.
