Anyone else notice this?** A: The height adjustment works correctly when the release lever is pushed and the vacuum handle is at an angle. When the vacuum is locked in its upright position, the height adjustment dial is not engaged, by design. I believe everyone observing the "the height adjustment doesn't touch anything and is useless" is looking at it with the vacuum handle locked it the upright position. **Q: why does it take so long to receive item? 1-3 months??** A: I have prime so it took one day or so. **Q: Stepping on it to release and use makes a sharp plastic sound every time, is this normal? It does not have a swivel head on it. Power is really good. The pick up speed is good. It’s fairly lightweight. My biggest complaint is when you have to put the handle down. It makes a loud clicking sound almost sounds like it’s gonna break when I do it and the canister has a part where the hair collects. It’s hard to get it out. The size is not bad.
