Anyone who’s used them knows they are solid, rugged and reliable. From my first 4 D cell in the early 90’s up to this purchase they have always performed well when I needed them. This Mini pro was purchased as a replacement and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s bright and can be dimmed down when needed. It’s light but yet solidly built to hold up to just about anything you can throw at it. Side note: make sure you keep an eye on the battery compartment. If the batteries are kept in too long they will leak and seal the compartment shut rendering the light unusable. Not a design flaw just user error and lesson learned. This is a great affordable light for everything from law enforcement use to checking the barn for predators at night. I highly recommend this light and all Maglite products.
