Review: I would give it zero if I could - I bought the first watch with excitement. It arrived and never was able to charge. I went through all the videos and trouble shooting on my win before seeking help from Fitbit who then said it was on the selling agent through desertcart so I contacted them and they answered and listened but did nothing to fix it besides offering to return that one and send a replacement. The replacement came and charged 100% I wore it for 24 hours then it died and when I tried to charge it thinking “this is weird I thought it was supposed to last for 10 days but maybe I am wrong” but when I got home from work it wouldn’t charge. VERY frustrated. Customer service was adequate but the refurbished fitbits are horrible.

The watch does not work. I have tried several times to change the time on the watch and it does not work. It is supposed to sync with my phone but does not appear to do so.
