Love it A good investment! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Initially no issues, but…… *by R***8 on May 30, 2023* So bought this in mid 2021 and was great. Saved space etc. now for no reason it will not go up and down anymore. The clutch seems to be slipping when you pull the chain. You can hear it slipping. Don’t want to pull too hard as whole unit may come crashing down. Now it’s just stuck in one position. Something to think about if you’re looking. EDIT: contacted seller and explained what happened, wondering what the warranty was on the product. I was told 2 years from purchase so they are sending me a new clutch unit. Definitely awesome customer service, and just based on that I have to raise the original rating.
