I don’t generally leave reviews unless there’s a product that really exceeds expectations. This purchase is one of those. I am 5 months into consistently using this red light helmet and I think the photos speak for themselves. I took a risk, as most reviews seem to say that have been using this alongside hair growth medication. I couldn’t find many reviews of people just using this alone. I gave it a shot. No additional medication. No major changes to diet, stress, etc. For some background, I am 45 and began experiencing some dramatic hair loss over a 2 month period. Once I saw just how bad it was getting, I wanted to try something that didn’t involve medication. This was where my research took me. I couldn’t be more pleased. Just 5 months ago, I was ready to just give up and shave it all. Now my hair is coming in thicker, darker and I’m growing new hair below where my hairline was in my 20s. Will this work for everyone? I’m not sure. Has it worked for me? I think the photos speak for themselves.

I rarely give positive reviews but this product deserves such. I purchased the LH 40 version in March and on treatment 102. It has actually made a huge difference in my hair’s thickness. And I am a 78 year old male. I was skeptical in the beginning and didn’t even follow the directions such as having clean hair. Meaning, I just put it on in the morning before washing and cleaning my hair. Looking forward to what results the next six months may bring,

When I bought this 2 years ago, it was the only cap on the market that had the strength needed - according to my hair loss doctor. I also use prescription drugs, prescription shampoo, minerals/vitamins to bring back my hair from the loss I have been experiencing. It is very easy to use and use it more nights/week than the minimum. My hair is growing back - I cannot say if it is ONLY using the cap. I do wish it went down the sides of my head as I have thinning hair from my temples to ears. I recommend it if you are serious about trying to do whatever you can afford to get your hair...

This is the 2nd unit I bought. 1st one would not charge. 2nd on, light showing it's charging. Charged all night but won't turn on. Returning the 2nd unit - ug Updated. Retried 2 times and got the unit to charge. Will update after we have had a chance to use it. Feeling optimistic.

After purchase service is excellent. The charging cable and adaptor for some reason stopped allowing me to charge my LH40 helmet after 4 months of use. I called the service phone number and the agent promptly decided to send me a replacement cable and adapter, which i received within 5 working days. I can't say i've noticed a difference with my hair growth yet but remain hopeful. At least I know they back their products.

Have had this product two months and it no longer charges.. I plug it in until the light is green, press the power button to use it and the voice just says “warning, battery low” and nothing happens. It has done this for the past week. I liked it, and think it was beginning to work, but now it won’t charge and I cannot use it. This product was extremely expensive to only last two months.

It helped me grow hair. After just four weeks of four-times-per-week treatment, along with taking biotin, shampooing my hair less often and less vigorously, massaging my scalp twice daily (15 unidirectional strokes with a boar bristle brush over each thinning part, and daily sun exposure, I noticed a reversal of my hair thinning. Two weeks later I noticed my hair getting fuller. After five months, it stopped turning on, but the company immediately made it right. (They even sent me a couple free bottles of biotin gummy bears for my trouble!) Without the use of the Theradome, but continuing the other interventions, above, my hair maintained its gains....for about three weeks, until it started thinning again. I can’t wait for my new Theradome!! Now the details: 1) I have a really big head, and it was plenty large for me, including shining on my receding hairline in front. 2) It does not interfere with other activities; I routinely drove to work with it on; although it does feel a little odd. 3) The mechanism by which it pauses when you take it off your head during a treatment, always works, but seems inconsistent about what happens when I put it back on my head. 4) I think it needs to be charged every week; I would use it until it died (during the second week on one charge), and that may have contributed to its later malfunction.

Theardome customer service is excellent, I contacted them and they sent me a return label the very next day. They kept me informed throughout and were able to re set the device. I would highly recommend this product.

Ho iniziato a usarlo a dicembre, dopo quasi 6 mesi ho fatto un controllo in un centro tricologico per avere un riscontro che non fosse solo la mia osservazione allo specchio, ma un'analisi con la microcamera. I risultati ci sono: capelli più spessi e nuove ricrescite. Il tutto senza l'impiego di fialette o altri prodotti.

I have been using this LH40 thermadome for about 5 months now. I have AGA and thyroid issues. I have noticed a definite decrease in shedding and also my scalp and hair looks healthy. Although there hasn't been a great increase in hair density, as yet, I'm not expecting miracles, but I will continue using this helmet as I do believe it is helping with any shedding. It arrived well packaged and on time. It is very easy to use and I am glad I purchased it.
