We flip houses and these are our preferred door handles. They feel good in your hand, are simple to install and look elevated. We have had no failures in this product and have installed well a couple hundred of them. We actually just installed them in our own home due to the quality of the handle.

Solid, well constructed but it may not intended for US market. The plates have square corners while most doors in US has rounded corners.
