Works great and no groggy wake up!

I have read that when it comes to melatonin, less is more. I use just a few drops of this product at night, and it puts me right to sleep. The taste isn't anything great, but it's also not terrible and it fades from your mouth quickly so you don't keep tasting it.

So far, I have been pleased with the Liquid Melatonin. I have tried many different brands tablets. First time trying a liquid form. I been retiring little over 4 years ago. I just turn 65 years old I notice my second year into retirement my sleeping has changed. I talk to my Dr. she prescribed a medication. But I Leary about taking sleeping medication. So, I realized there also side effects taking Melatonin but want does not have some kind of side effects. So, I started to take chamomile tea. and researching a safe and more effective Melatonin so I decided to try the liquid form 2.5 mg I don't like to go pass 3mg 2.5 so far is just right for me. another key sometimes when you take melatonin in the morning you feel more tired. so far this product not too bad in the morning and I take it a half hour before bedtime so far, I'm pleased my goal its not a knock of pill, but it has help me relax and get to sleep so I would give it a try and see.

Works well, I don't mind the taste, though my wife hates it. Id give it five stars but the bottles are nearly impossible to open, the child safety cap keeps me out as well. I don't think the first few I've ordered were this bad, but all of the most recent bottle caps have been impossible to remove. I will keep ordering it, but will need to start decanting it into a normal bottle to be able to easily take it at night.

This seems like it’s watered down or the mg isn’t comparable to other products. It’s not strong. I mean it shouldn't be strong or weak lol it should be the same results for the same mg with any melatonin but it’s definitely not. I use it to help my autistic child get to sleep and this takes double the my to work.

We could not open the bottle. My son is 18 and has been taking it for years, he couldn’t get it open. My husband and I both tried. As of writing this review, it still remains unopened.
