We have a queen sized bed, and we purchased a king sized blanket. It is the perfect length to where it was a few inches off the ground on each side of the bed. The Husband and I prefer having the extra blanket room so we don't fight over it in the middle of the night, haha. Washed it immediately with regular laundry detergent. Nothing special. It washed very well and the stitching is still in place. The storage scent was completely removed with one wash. It's very colorful, unique, and light weight. It is keeping us warm in the middle of winter, it is almost January currently. It has brightened up our dull bedroom by a lot. We are very happy and satisfied with it. I love the print & the vibrant colours. The back side is a muted yellow/go;d/tan. I like other kantha quits I’ve purchased, this appears to be a more durable cotton. The kantha stitching, as usual, is delicate. The start and endings are not knotted and easily come unraveled. Some were caught in the edge stitching, but most were not. Now that I watshed it, I’ll knot the ends and.or such tot the edges.

My wife and I love traveling the world (she grew up as an ex-pat kid) and have had a hard time finding a quilt for our bed that reminded us of the world we’ve traveled. Then we found this one. It took awhile for the quilt to arrive due to it coming from India. It arrived packaged in multiple bags. Opening up the package, it looked just as described and the scent of It reminded me of the markets when I visited India a few years ago. As you should with any textile you buy, I would recommend washing it before using it. I washed it on the delicate cycle with cold water, regular detergent, and fabric softener then dried it on low heat for 50 minutes. You can definitely tell it’s handmade and appears to be good quality. The topside is beautifully colored, patterned, and stitched. The backside is a solid hot pink color, but it works. Overall, we’re very happy with the purchase.

Having just painted my bedroom walls with what I call an emerald garden green, I wanted a spread that would pick up the color and be very unique in its design. This purchase was a winner in both respects. It's lightweight (a definite plus as I live in the South where weather stays warm into October). I read one review that described this spread as being two sheets sewn together, but what I received is more substantial than that. While not thick and heavy, it certainly has more heft than a couple of sheets. The look (with my green walls) is absolutely fantastic, but - given its design - I think it would look equally fantastic against walls of virtually any color.

This is a light, decorative piece. I didn't realize from the photographs that the design featured mostly big strawberries -- I thought it was going to be a more abstract design. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd realized that! Strawberries are really not a preferred feature in my home décor.

This is so lovely and the colors are vibrant exactly as shown! I bought it to put over my bed… I am all about everything colorful there is no beige or gray in my home lol! I love this so much that not only did I have it on my bed, it’s so pretty, I used it as a cover over my couch for a period of time, and then it had a third evolution when I hung it on drapery hooks as a large mega colorful curtain over three windows! Everywhere this has been in my home I have loved it and amount of compliments I get on it never stops! One of my all-time favorite purchases that lived up to how it looked and was described on Amazon. It’s very very light weight if you are someone that runs hot in the summer this is almost as light as a sheet also why it was easy to hang or drape over furniture it’s very large and very delightful!

I love this Bedspread!! I have gotten others from this company and they really are fantastic! It’s perfect for summer as its lightweight. I love the colors and craftsmanship and just overall look and feel of it. It came much quicker than I was expecting too. I highly recommend, if you want something colorful and unique.

This blanket is very brightly and ornately colored. It is beautiful. It is very thin but I use it as a cover on my bed and not something to keep me warm. It is just decorative. For that purpose, it is most beautiful than anything else I own. And you should see my house. OMG
