Easy to put together

Unlike my previous multi fold paper towel dispenser that would jam or dump out multiple towels, the design this San Jamar dispenser has figured out how to dispense individual towels quickly and without jamming up. I replace all the paper towels in my building after purchasing my first one and we are saving on towel waste due to their excellent design. Some assembly is required and that initially concerned me about durability but one they are put together they seem to be holding up well. I would recommend this product to others and purchase it again.

It is pretty thin flexible plastic, yet when assembled it works exactly as needed and designed. In spite of one star reviews stating there is no mounting hardware, it does not come with any and that is stated in the listing for those who actually read specifics. I personally used five (5) toggle bolts to install mine, it is going nowhere. Unfortunately although the "like new" returned dispenser I purchased with parts still in individual bags never having been assembled was missing the lock keys. The keys are molded into the back plate and you can see where they were removed from the plastic backing leaving two (2) plastic tabs each. They were taken by whomever returned this item, perhaps wrongly returning because it had no hardware so they felt obligated, I can not relate to low life's. Contacted Amazon and was compensated for the price of new key replacement purchase. Shame on the buyer who certainly is identifiable by returning this exact item.

Love the paper towel dispenser. I installed three of them at my office. They look nice and save on over usage of paper towels. My only complaint is the hardware to attach the product to the wall is not included.

Works great at Church

I bought this as our 3rd towel holder in the past 2 months for bathrooms throughout our facility. This is by far the best one of them all and was the least expensive. They all ranged from $20 to $34. The stainless one that cost $34 was horrible and frustrated me to the point that I threw it away. This one here is excellent quality and very well designed. I highly recommend it!

Bought 2 of these San Jamar paper towel dispensers, they were easy to assemble and hangup. The dispenser holds up nice and sturdy. It is also very easy to open with the key when its time to refill. I used one for my kitchen and the other one for my bathroom and I just love them. Since switching to C- fold paper towels (I buy the box of 16 packs for $22) I am now saving so much in comparison to what I used to spend monthly buying regular paper towel rolls. If you have kids in the house its a must have to minimize the spreading of germs and bacteria. I would highly recommend this dispenser.

The towels are inside the dispenser, therefore they would be protected from potential sneezes, coughs from your customers/patients. There is a video available on the internet to show you how to assemble the product.
