only one item in box, not four...
the product was fine, just what i was looking for. the problem is the package was not taped properly and only one filter was in the box not four. i have no idea how to prove this other than my word...

Improvement in longevity of other 2 filters in machine
The filters are a perfect fit. They are the 3 step to full filtration and we see a difference in the longevity of the other filters
