I grew up playing video games and have spent 30 years in the video game industry as my profession. Due to chance circumstances, I had the opportunity and funds to get this custom arcade machine to be loaded with 3000 games in one unit - so, I took it! To my surprise, the owner of the company contacted me and told that if I could wait a week, he would give me a new motherboard with 3500 games for no price increase! Of course, I said YES! The unit arrived safe and sound and I must commend the warehouse crew for their excellent and meticulous packing job for the unit. The arcade cabinet is well built, solid, and yet not overly heavy bc of the LCD screen and light hardware inside the cabinet. The fact that the unit is on wheels made moving it about very easy unlike old retro arcade cabinets. All 3500 games were loaded and promised and relatively easy to find with a simple interface, but the price of having 3500 games means you will have to dig thru all of them to get to the game you want. To say, that this collection has everything is an understatement. Almost every single arcade classic and esoteric title you can think of from the mid-80s to the mid-90s is loaded. There is literally something for everybody. Many of the games are not as good as you may remember, but the gameplay and sound is authentic and as sharp as 8-bit to 32-bit graphics can look onscreen. Twin Sanwa joysticks and buttons are extremely responsive and feels luxurious to the touch. The trackball in the middle of the console glows different lights and is bigger than the standard Centipede track ball. The ball moves well, but it doesn't respond as well onscreen - I'm thinking it is because its brand-new and needs many hands to break it in and make it smoother. Overall, this is a once in a lifetime purchase and although many of the games are almost too crude and basic to play, it's simply a blast from the past to play it again for old time's sakes. There's more than enough core classics like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter, and other arcade icons on deck to make this a must-play in any home and will have a very long lasting shelf life for years to come.

So excited to play however the second joystick doesn’t work. Not the easiest thing to return.

I finally got this machine about a week ago. Brian, the owner, was great in communication throughout the whole process. I had originally bought the 3000 game machine but he told me if I can wait a couple weeks, he’ll upgrade me to the 3500 game machine. I did. They had some issues with the shipment at the port but it all worked out. Worth the wait. 3500 games as promised. All the games from the 80’s and 90’s like the classics.....PacMan, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter, 1942 etc..... The joy stick moves very smoothly and so does the buttons. Haven’t really played with the track ball yet. Just a great arcade machine overall. And Mike, the delivery man, was a pleasure to work with. Very professional.

I bought this for my husband’s birthday and he loves it. The graphics are good, there are a LOT of games on it, even different versions of games based on console (Nintendo 64 vs Genesis, etc). It brings a cool retro fun feeling and It has been fun playing games we haven’t even thought of in years (decades). Even our 11 year old nephew who is used to modern games and PlayStation/Xbox thinks it is cool. The user guide helps to customize and the customer service/shipping was great. You can tell they really care about delivering quality. It was an awesome addition to the basement game room/man cave. Would highly recommend

Received the shipment well wrapped. Nice arcade high quality. My husband cannot stop playing his favorite high school game Donkey Kong!

I ordered it fir a Christmas present. It was dead on arrival. Called and they said they would send out a new game cartridge. Waited a week and nothing. Called back and was told they did not ship another one, but would now. Same thing with the stools. One of the boxes did not contain all the parts, called and was told they would ship another. Waited 3 weeks and nothing. Called back and was told they would ship one right away. Appears to be a small operation with little to no quality control. Was told they had several game systems arrive dead on arrival possibly due to a new component provider. So obviously a known issue put apparently no desire to correct.

This arcade console is one that will bring you back to your childhood .. it’s amazing and it well crafted the graphics are just like arcade back in the 80s the screen is huge and the artwork is great on cabinet .. it’s on wheels so you can roll it wherever you want in house .. it comes with all the adjustments.. volume .. I want to thank Brian the owner for his expedited delivery to me .. so if you are thinking of buying this do it .. great value . Great games and great service

Bought this product and opened box and it had a quater jammed in slot. 2nd player will not chime in for multiple games and graphics are terrible!!! Also customer service is terrible as well !!! BUYER BEWARE !!!!! The day i received a broken machine i was told to hire a freight company and send from Massachusetts back to California!!! TERIBLE!!!
