Great tool for the garden and education
I ordered several of these to use at work where my team gives tours of a compost facility as part of our zero waste programs. The thermometer is well made and durable in student/public hands. Take care when putting it into the soil/compost because the length of the probe means that if forced, it may bend. I learned that the hard way when students were a bit rough with them. A couple of mine have curves in them - they still work though!

Absolute rubbish!. Arrived with the hand rattling around in the dial with no way of getting to it to repair it. Not even worth the time and hassle to send back for replacement or refund. Guess you get what you pay for. Amazon offered something totally inappropriate as a replacement.

Accurate and very well built. Highly recommend the product. I have used it for our greenhouse beds and our compost. This is a quality item.
