Bert's Crochet Baby Blankets

A fabulous book full of colour choices, charts and diagrams, a beautiful second book. Well worth the wait and a must have for any Hooker Thanks Amanda for all the hard work i know you put into this one.

I have lots of crochet books and this is up there with the best of them Fabulous intricate blanket designs that are very easy to make. Highly recommended for all levels of ability.

Beautiful bright colours, plus a charts, it's awesome. Easy to understand.

I like this book for the ideas and use of colour but the yarn choice is limited and not cheap so you need to adapt using your own colours and favourite yarn

The designs in this book are simply stunning. Each pattern is my new favourite until I get to the next one! The only problem is deciding which one to make first!!

Loved this book and have already made 2 of the blankets. The author uses the American crochet stitches which are different to the UK stitches which is confusing at first but if you refer to the beginning of the book for her instruction how to do her sets then it makes it a lot easier.

What a lovely book, can’t wait to get started making one of the lovely blankets.

The front cover photo was very promising, but unfortunately the photos inside are so oversaturated that I can hardly tell the red vs magenta and other color pairs apart. The projects may look wonderful in real, but unfortunately the low quality print of the photos and very low quality paper are not inspiring and it's hard to tell what the projects will look like. I have another book by the same author that is a completely different quality and I expected this one to be the same. Unfortunately it's not. As compared to the quality of other crochet blanket books like "Beautiful Blankets, Afghans and Throws" by Leonie Morgan, "Unexpectes Afghans" by Robyn Chachula and "Stripy Blankets to crochet" by Haafner Linssen, this book is also overpriced given the poor execution of the book.

Quick ship. Easy to read and understand. Directions easy to follow

This book has some of the cutest patterns I’ve seen in a long time, but beware of mistakes in the instructions. Because of that, I definitely feel this book is for experienced crocheters who can adjust on the fly and keep going. The mistakes haven’t stopped me from using the patterns, and I don’t want to discourage anyone from buying the book. There are some really cute blankets in it!
