Dont leave out after opening
Tasted good eaten alone, great protein and healthy fat, plus good source of calcium with bones. In EVOO, tastes great, just don’t open it and then leave it out.

If you love sardines!!
My favorite brand! Wish they had continued to manufacture using the easy-peel top -- which was helpful for those of us with disabilities -- but this isn't as bad as their other tins. Flavorful, excellent source of protein, lovely olive oil. Great for any meal!

Tastiest
These are the tastiest canned sardines I have ever eaten. I previously got sardines packed in olive oil, but these are packed in extra virgin olive oil & maybe that's what makes them so much better. I can definitely taste a much richer more flavorful difference. Also, the cans are more compact & easier to open.
