No obvious cause of the fail. Will not buy again. Older review: I like the magnetic clasp -- it is stronger than the similar band i used on a charge 2. The color (blue) looks good. The fit/finish is fine. The band (large size) is shorter than the band I used on the charge 2 which makes it hard to get the watch over my wrist when I take it off to charge it. Net: I like the band, but would like it a bit more if it were a bit longer.

Great band. Longer than Fitbit brand watch bands which is better for those of us with thick wrists. Magnet feels a bit stronger, less likely to separate from the band while wearing it. Overall, well worth the money.

Easy on and off and looks beautiful and is comfortable to wear so far! Love the magnet that keeps the tail of the band snug to the band with no excess flopping around and no loops to squeeze the tail through. I think this is going to be my go-to everyday band. Will see how it holds up to the task! Bought this on June 22, 2019, it is now July 9, 2019. The blue color has rubbed off the magnet. There are little wires along the edge of the band poking out catching on everything and I have ruined 2 satin pillowcases, as I wear my FitBit to bed to monitor my sleep. I am hoping to return this if they will take it. Not well made. I am 62 and not that rough on my jewelry! A more active person I think would even have more issues over a short period of time. It is a shame as I like the concept of this band and how it looks.

I loved the color I choose. Thinking of buying another color. Fits great and super comfortable. So easy to put on my fit bit.

I bought three of these, and wore each of them for a while. The silver and the blue one work great - stay on the fitbit and work as expected. However, the rainbow one does not stay connected to the my Fitbit, causing my Fitbit to fall off my wrist randomly.

Easy to put on and remove and also to adjust size. Comfortable and doesn't give me a skin rash like the silicone ones.

Haven’t even had it for two months and the metal is coming apart. There’s a jagged, sharp piece of metal that is cutting my wrist. Definitely would not recommend.
