I had no idea what the problem was but since the remote was the easiest thing to replace and it was only $8.99 here, I took a chance and ordered this replacement. Very happy that it works perfectly!! I was not sure it would. The product description here says it is model AC123-01 1 - my old remote was model AC123-01D and that is exactly what this new one actually says on the back of it. The product description here says it is frequency 433.32 - my old remote was frequency 433.92 and that is exactly what this new one actually says on the back of it. I found the old instructions and was able to program this remote to work with my motorized shades. I am very happy to get the motorized shades working like new for only the cost of this $8.99 remote and a bit of time to reprogram it. THANK YOU SELLER!!!!
