Amazing model/toy - very complex!
Scale: This toy is modeled on large construction vehicles that turn into individual robots or one giant robot. It should be bigger than automobile-robots of a similar scale, and it is! For collectors seeking a giant robot that is comparatively huge, this is a monster! (The top of the head is over 15 inches). It towers over comparable toys and really stands out in a collection. Complex: This is not a toy for small children. Even long-time fans of robots that convert into vehicles will have a hard time with this item, even though the direction booklets are included and they are generally pretty clear. Changing each vehicle to a robot is a time-consuming challenge, but the reward is so worth it! Detail: These characters look really good. Toys based on cartoons like these may never have looked so good! The construction vehicles have nifty proportions and are posable. The robot forms are likewise very posable, detailed, and authentically look cool - action figures! Some of the parts are made of translucent orange plastic, meaning backlighting can make the eyes seem to glow! The giant robot form has very well-articulated hands and there is an LED inside the head that lets the eyes glow red! Everyone in our home who saw the glowing eyes was thrilled. Fragile??? There are many very small tabs and fittings on these guys. After turning the toys from construction equipment, to robots, and back, and then into the giant robot, nothing broke. Phew! There were several movements that seemed to stress key joints some movements in the process really created fear that the plastic would break. Since most collectors will just have the giant robot on display, it should last a long time (and it is more stable and posable than many similar toys) - but this set has such impressive sculpting that it really seems a shame to leave some of the other forms neglected. Summary - Not just satisfied, but thrilled and amazed. This is a really complicated and potentially fragile model/toy, but it really dazzles and the price was far better than anything from comparable toy makers.

A high quality rendition of a classic character!
I have been wanting a Devastator action figure for a while now and I am satisfied with this high quality third party iteration of him: Pros: - Finely detailed - The transformation process is complex but not so much given the amount of small pieces - Eyes light up - very articulated given the complexity - very reasonable price for what you get - looks fantastic! Cons: - parts can feel fragile. One must take care when transforming and posing - some joints feel a bit loose and can’t hold all poses - personal preference: wish he came with his classic blaster instead of the crane/club weapon Overall I highly recommend for adult collectors!

Not perfect
Visually he looks awesome. The size and detail make him feel well worth the price. Though it’s not perfect. It’s most definitely not for younger kids as it can feel fragile. Some of the pieces aren’t very sturdy and can fall off, but at least for me, it was nothing I couldn’t snap back into place. Overall for only $100 this is an amazing Devastator it just requires patience when transforming.

One of the best Devastator sets out there.
This Devastator set is one of the best you can get without paying $200+. It has more detail than the officially licensed Combiner Wars Devastator, with lots of hidden surprises. The crain/club alone has two hinge joints and an extendable handle. The fingers are fully articulated at each joint. Each constructicon has a blaster that fits into a hollow area for storage while in vehicle mode. While lacking a large blaster for the gestalt Devastator form, this can be easily forgiven because everything else you get is so awesome. Even the box it comes in is covered with awesome artwork, foil, and embossing, making it an excellent shelf display piece. One warning though, some of the smaller joints, like Bonecrusher's (the bulldozer ) foot 'heels' feel very flimsy, as if they're ready to snap off with the lightest touch. This is not a figure for children. It takes a light touch but also some force to transform these figures, sometimes to the point where you think you might break them. But the six individual transformation instructions are easy to understand, and with patience and finesse you should have no trouble with this set. And as a bonus, there's a lot of detail to paint and panel lines to ink if you're into customizing your transformers. Highly recommend for the adult collector. This Devastator set makes the bigger-than-life toy that only exists in your childhood nostalgia a reality.

EXCELLENT DETAIL
Best knock-off devastator I've ever owned I have approximately 10 the size is extremely nice to have it's not as big as the biggest one ever produced which is the combiner wars series devastator which stands at about 18 to 20 in tall but this devastator is 14 plus inches The detail is over the top compared to anything that was released to the transformers be very careful the plastic is very thin but if you're just wanting a piece to display it is extremely nice plus the eyes light up

Wait, is it worth the weight?
It’s big but it’s not sturdy enough to support its own weights I think quality varies a lot between constructicons. Mine collapses and his chest plat won’t stay on. I do have them displayed but they are in vehicle mode as I wait on a little bit better set (studio series). Individually they are big and chonky. The robots look good. But Dev. Just won’t stay together for me. For the price…I still say take the gamble, but a gamble it is!

Constructicons unite
For 100 dollars you get a full team of voyager sized constructicon, each with light piping and easy transformations, and a titan class Devastator that looks amazing and has a light up eye. Now please note, the plastic quality isn’t particularly amazing, one figure of mine will not stand, it I would say that the price is actually pretty worth it given that the official new Devastator would cost you up to $230.
