What a refreshing and fulfilling experience buying my flowers via Benchmark Bouquets on Amazon. I have stopped purchasing flowers for ANYONE via those online/800# services because they are such an awful experience, and they charge an arm and a leg while delivering, almost 100% of the time, a terrible product. You know the drill. The online florist company says the flowers are $50, but with delivery and everything, they end up being $120. Sometimes you get to choose the size, and they show you photos of small/med/large to give you a sense of what the recipient will receive. After you pay, the online florist company sends the order out to bid to florists generally in your area, and, not surprisingly, the lowest price local florist gets the job. They then are supposed to make what you ordered, preferably with no substitutions. Why is it that anytime my gift recipients send me a thank-you photo of the flowers, they look NOTHING like what I paid for? It is a racket. Of course, I'm embarrassed, and although the gift recipient doesn't say anything critical, I've seen bouquets that I'm sure my gift recipients were disappointed in. Yea, I can call and complain, but the disappointment has occurred. SO I'M DONE WITH THESE CORPORATE ONLINE/PHONE FLORISTS. NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER AGAIN !!!!!! These Amazon flowers were great. I mean really great. I got EXACTLY what I paid for, and I had them delivered to my step-mom on Christmas eve. They were $41 (!) delivered and they were beautiful. Of course, this is Amazon, so they come in a shipping box (UPS), and while they are mostly arranged, there is a small amount of re-arranging that my step-mom had to do because of transit. But she loved doing it. She filled the vase with water, put in the flowers, played with them for a few minutes, and was thrilled. I attached 2 photos. One was from Dec 24th, the other was New Years Eve...8 days later and they are even better. This is the 3rd order for Amazon flowers (Benchmark Bouquets) this year, and each time I've been delighted. With all that said, I am a fan of supporting a local florist that I'm familiar with, and when I send flowers and I've used that local florist before, I will. And when I buy flowers locally for our home, I use a great local florist. But I can't replicate that satisfaction with these terrible corporate floral businesses that own the market for the times I need to send flowers to someone PROS: great value, great flowers, reliable, and backed by Amazon. CONS: less selection, no customization BOTTOM LINE: I am a Benchmark Bouquets convert. They do it right, and solve a problem that needs to be solved in the floral industry.

It was packed tightly, but the flowers bloomed out so cute. 🥰 It was a pretty big bouquet. My boyfriend lives on the other side of the world, and I truly loved receiving his Valentine’s gift, also it lasted a long time. Thank you, Benchmark Bouquets! These are the most beautiful flowers I’ve ever received.

I used Benchmark Bouquets because I recently received a bouquet from the same company and they were beautiful. This time the rose petals were brown on the outer layer and drooping. Very disappointed.

We purchased these for my son and daughter-in-law’s anniversary. They live out of state so wasn’t sure what they would look like but they were pretty much as shown. And we’re delivered on time.

Worth every penny! Enjoy sending as a gift or treat yourself. They are beautiful, fresh,and last a long time. They ship very well. I consider this company a true find. I highly recommend this purchase. You will smile every time you see them!

I sent this to my mom for the holidays. In previous years I had used a different nationally known florist company, but oftentimes they're delivery fees exceeded the price of the product I was buying. As a prime member, delivery was free and the price was incredibly good. In fact I was a little bit nervous that the price was too good to be true, but the flowers exceeded my expectations. My mom was thrilled and said they were the prettiest ones I'd ever sent. They were very fresh and will no doubt last through the holiday season. I highly recommend this company.
