2 or 3 Button Rubber Pad for Toyota Avensis Corolla Yaris Key Fob Replacment Accessories

This key pad fits perfectly in my 2005 Toyota Avensis key. My unlock button fell out of the key, and later found it in my coat pocket, tried to super glue it back on, with little success. So I did some research online, and found out that Amazon sell the rubber key pads. Got straight onto Amazon app, and ordered one straight away. The key pad fits perfectly, and the buttons are nice and clicky, so you are sure the button has been pressed, and no more buttons are able to fall out anymore, I’m very happy with my purchase, and I think it’s very cheap, and definitely saves you £££’s from buying at the main dealers.

A few days ago one of the key pads came loose on the fob for my 2006 Avensis, so I ran down to Timpsons, who said they could replace the key for £50, noting that Toyota would probably charge £250. Fortunately I had looked here first on Amazon, so I politely refused their offer and ordered this one online. It took a few days to arrive, but only took a couple minutes to install. After opening, you first need to gently rip out any remaining key pads, then just place the rubber insert on top and close it up. Tested and all works perfectly every time. It does show how you can save a fortune just by doing a little research and not accepting rip off offers from service suppliers for something that can be fixed so easily. One tidbit of advice. If you have a similar experience, avoid using the remote feature until this is replaced or risk permanent damage.

This fit my 06 avensis key perfectly. The original buttons had fallen off the PCB and rendered the key unreliable. It was simple to separate the two halves of the key fob by unscrewing 1 screw, and taking off the remaining buttons (which were practically falling off), insert the rubber sleeve in place, and close it up. 2 minute job resulting in a brilliant fixed key!

Have had two of two of these recently as the rubber buttons on both my Avensis keys started to fall out at around the same time. Found the pads easy to fit with a little perseverance and pressure. Both keys are now working fine. I am very pleased that I purchased them and whole heartedly recommend these rubber pads.

Good product but can be found for a price 60% cheaper from other suppliers. However, although cheaper, I cannot state the same quality of course, not having purchased from others.

Arrived quickly. I cut off the unneeded ‘boot’ button as my 2007 Yaris only needed the two buttons. Was easy to do and works now. Wish I’d done it sooner as I was jabbing fingers in the holes unnecessarily for months after original buttons cracked and fell out!

Size is ok but quality of white paint is not too good, after 2 weeks using comming off
