It's the best espresso I've tried. Smooth, not bitter. I'm giving some for Christmas.

Love this coffee! Bold and rich and super smooth and not bitter. Found it at a gelato place in Siesta Key Florida, best gelato I ever had. Asked them what coffee they used for the coffee gelato and they showed me the Danesi package.

Good coffee, very smooth with a nice aroma. For me I like my coffee a little darker and richer. But this is still a solid coffee.

Was looking for a smoother espresso to try. I was extremely happy with my purchase. Whether served as a straight shot espresso or as a cappuccino, the taste was smooth and delicious.

I never got to taste this coffee. It says "espresso grind," and it is fine, but no amount of tamping or quantity of coffee would pull a shot in anything less than a few seconds. Pic: danesi (L) and home-ground Black Cat (R).

I was willing to pay over $40 for the 4 pack because my had enjoyed the first package I had purchased originally from an Argentine market. It was a more finely ground espresso, dark roast and was sooo good. This one was ground is if it were for a percolator coffee pot not an espresso machine although it was in the same packaging. And the taste/roast was much more mild. The market where I originally purchased the coffee was out, so I asked them to confirm I was buying the same product after I provided them with the description. Very disappointed.

This is really good coffee that I was introduced to in a great coffee shop in Montreal. Unfortunately, it was just a little too coarsely ground for my Gaggia Classic Coffee espresso machine.

The coffee quality is unbeatable in my opinion BUT out of 4 packages received so far, 2 were damaged and no longer airtight. The ground is a little coarse for my liking, but it doesn’t affect the taste. The aroma is good, too bad for the freshness not being to be confirmed because of the damaged packages. Will update my review if packages come in better condition from here forward, unfortunately so far it’s a hit or miss.
