Maybe?
Great for a shift knob, maybe good for gaming.

Quite nice for what I paid
A nice cheaper flightstick. There are a couple issues, like two of the buttons being mapped to the same key, but all in all it exceeded my expectations.

Better if not install the driver
I know that everybody complains about its drifting-center problem, and they are right: it happens all the time. But if you don't install the driver you can calibrate it with Windows, and after that works fine. I've used it for two months and every time I calibrate it before playing and works fine. I pay like $13 for it, so for the price I don't care about calibrating it every time. I use it for Falcon BMS and other sims and works fine with all of them. Buy it if the price is $19 or less. If the price goes to $60 again don't do it! Buy something from Thrustmaster instead.

Overpriced
Back in the day 40 dollars got you a pretty solid joystick. But the joystick market has gone down. This caught my attention because of the two toggle hats and the pinky key which my T16000m lacks. Those features are very convenient for DCS. I was skeptical of what I read but I took a chance. Plugged right in with out the software, DCS and Arma 3 recognize the joystick and works just fine. BUT The cons: The placement of the hats is little awkward but do-able. My biggest issue is the centering. (which people have complained about) The rudder twist tends to stick to the left and the man X-Y axis don't center perfectly. I'm willing to increase the dead zones higher because it offers more functionality then my T16000.

Do not buy for win10.
Was obsolete when bought. Arrived as a repack. Drivers for win10 do not work. Even downloading from the company site. The manufacturer has shut their american site and i had to use their site for Germany

I wanted to like this flightstick so badly - it is one of ...
I wanted to like this flightstick so badly - it is one of the few that isn't north of $100 with two directional switches. It also has some soft touch finishes and a cool LED lighting around the 8 way HAT and the weapon release buttons on the top. The suction cups are also a nice plus for me - they stuck very securely to a lap desk I was using. The button feel is also pretty good, twist rudder is also nice for those of us who just like a casual gaming experience... But..the deadzones on this thing, at least the copy I had, are so bad it's unusable. At least a full 1/3 of the stick's range of motion "locks" on the X and Y axis when rotating the stick through it's outer radius, making it impossible to control your craft in any kind of reliable way. It ends up being a mess of just straight up/down or straight to the sides with almost no diagonals. Trying a more subtle angle of rotation makes the problem even worse. See the video on this review for an idea of how much it sticks to the X/Y axis, at the start it is all the way to the edge of its range of motion being smoothly rotated, and then about 1/2 way where it really becomes a total mess. As one other review also mentions, there are actually 13 buttons on this controller, but for some odd reason the pinky button and one of the buttons on the base are both mapped to button 2. I am so sad this flight stick didn't work out - right now the market is really thin on mid priced sticks with decent features and a good button layout, and this stick has those....but the sensors are so bad and the deadzones so huge that this stick is sadly completely unusable as a flight controller. I am hopeful that the unit I got is just defective (I have already started a return), but I won't be giving it another try.

Very nice joystick at this price point
The good stuff: • This joystick has more features and a better stick feel than many other sticks at this price point. • This is the closest you're going to get to HOTAS stick performance under $40. • The POV and D-pad are very nice. • The suction cups on the bottom are a brilliant feature that is lacking in most other joysticks I've ever used. My gripes: • The throttle slider on this stick is a bit stiff, but its not unbearable. • The throttle / button arrangement on the base is not my favorite - my personal preference is to have a thumb throttle, and finger buttons on the base of the stick (more between-the-legs friendly), whereas this is the opposite - a finger throttle and thumb buttons. • My biggest gripe is the pinky trigger - it is large and poorly positioned, which causes it to knock the end of your hand off the handrest, so that makes this stick somewhat uncomfortable to hold onto. Competitive analysis: • I like the stick movement / tension / spring much better than what you'll find on more expensive Saitek / MadCatz sticks like the Mad Catz F.L.Y.5 or the Saitek Pro Flight X-55 Rhino . • I like the ergonomics of this stick better than the Thrustmaster T-Flight Hotas X but less than the Microsoft Sidewinder or the Logitech Attack 3 . So I'd say that this one fits in your hand about average - not great, but not awful. • This is a righty-only stick, unlike the Logitech Attack 3 or Thrustmaster T-16000M . • I like the throttle on this stick less than the one on the Thrustmaster T-16000M or the Microsoft Sidewinder . All that to say, this is still a surprisingly good stick at this price point. I recommend giving it a try.

Poor Quality, Used sticks being sold as "new"
Ordered from Neophron as new but when I got it I could clearly tell it was used. The box looked like it was thrown around after sitting on a shelf for 7 years and the plastic on the stick was so old it was Sticky. Don't be fooled by the high average rating, for some reason some people keep giving this flight stick a high review when they're using it as gear shifters for their cars.

WARNING - REPEATING MY ACTIONS WILL VOID WARRANTY I love this joystick. For the price I expected something much less solid - it is big and robust, feels like a decent joystick, not a toy. The only problem was the Rotation Z axis (which is very important for the space flight kind of games I play), as it had an offset (relaxed joystick is not in the centre). Windows can calibrate X and Y, but does not calibrate RZ, which means the offset is always there in the games making my ships keep spinning over and over giving me motion sickness after less than one minute. I opened the case trying to figure out a way to correct this, which I did by soldering a trimpot and adjusting it until I cancelled the error. But while doing this I found out the internal connections in this product are AMAZING for makers and people interested in do-it-yourself projects. The mechanical side (the joystick itself and its axes) and the circuit board can be disconnected and everything is identified property in the PCB, so you can: 1. mod the joystick, e.g. replacing the base buttons for a separate button box, or replacing the very small Z axis in the base for a sideways large throttle lever, or even the RZ for rudder pedals 2. remove the PCB entirely and write your own firmware in an arduino or bluepill board, so you have the great mechanical build of this joystick with your own logic controlling whatever you want 3. remove the joystick (a shame, as I really like the build) and use the board with your own potentiometers and buttons to build a USB joystick of your own shape (I don't see a value in doing this, but technically you can) All the axes (X, Y, Z and RZ) are 10k potentiometers (X, Y and Z are powered by their own connectors, RZ is powered by the VCC and GND from the 2 large connectors). I didn't really do any work on the buttons but in my tests they seem to connect to VCC when pressed (not GND which would be the standard in electronics). More than recommending this for games, I fully recommend for makers and people alike. And I also strongly recommend the manufacturer starts marketing products for this niche, as there are a number of people around like me building simulation cockpits ("simpits"), they get their hands dirty on electronics and are very enthusiastic on spending money on this kind of thing.

Material y peso buenos. PD: Después de 1 año usandolo, perfecto.
