It’s perfect, and looks exactly like the picture
It arrived very promptly, and was exactly what I was expecting. It came flat-packed but was easy enough to assemble, it probably took me about 35 mins. I did have to reattach the first adjoining post as I put it on upside down, but that was my fault, rather than the fault of the instructions. It went together very easily and I was impressed by the quality considering the price. I finished it off with a coat of linseed oil as added protection from the elements, but I am thrilled with it. It looks amazing.

Difficult to assemble but worth the effort
This was hard to put together as had to do it on my own. Got it done in the end and stained it a darker wood colour. I turned the large bottom barrel into a little pond, which looks lovely. The chain to hold the smaller barrel which I planted with flowers, was not strong enough to hold it, and broke, so had to get a stronger chain.

Superb
This arrived within less than 24 hours of ordering , superb service! Made of sturdy wood. A bit fiddly to assemble as the screws are very tiny, instructions could be a bit better but once it’s all put together it’s a fabulous wishing well. I put a bin liner in the bottom part with bucket of water in the middle and then filled it with peat and planted primroses and ivy. Room for 2 little bottles of Prosecco in the top bucket. 🥂 Highly recommend this wishing well and it’s a good price too.

Not for non diyer
An ok product but not for anyone that can't put together flat pack. No instructions Cheap timber. Not worth 50 quid

Cute when built but where was the screwpack?
No screw pack on receipt - so just a pile of timber. I now await a response and may update this rating subject to being able to build the item. Wood will require liberal dosage of preservative. No pilot holes Amended now to 3 stars - seller responded very quickly to my query on missing screwpack. so top marks there BUT why was it missing - I see I am not the only one. At the end of the day, it is a cheap self assembly wooden wishing well that looks quite sweet when built. As said, no pilot holes, wood is dry and splits so care on assembly needed, the roof slats are stapled on and some staples missed the underlying timber and it has had two coats of a preservative that cost more that the well to buy! Would I buy again? Funnily enough, yes! But will it last as long as the previous one? Time will tell.

Looks fantastic
This item took some working out to put together. Finding out which screws went where. The roof was the worse. But luckily it finally went together. As per photos. I love it. It does take 2 people to assemble

Not impressed
I wanted to replace our old well with a new one for ages and found this one. The end of one roof piece had fallen off in box and the thin pin nails pierced my finger causing it to bleed. The other side end piece was split, so had to glue together. Then once unpacked tried to assemble. Had to get pliers out to straighten metal strips around base bucket. Screws were not labelled so had to get a ruler to measure and sort them. Assembly instructions not clear. The base did not fit, too small fell straight through. Had to put in extra supports to hold it in place. Wood thin not good quality. I've made up as would be harder to return than to make up, which was hard enough. Not worth the price, doubt it'll last a year unlike last 15 year old one!!!
