Perfect for a quick response to an injury. Doesn’t stay cold for long, but works great for initial response. I purchased to carry in my “Team Mom” bag and they work perfectly.

I got these for my moms. She gets eye injections and when we get done the office gives us 1 or 2 that never last on our way home. I was looking for some that I could have extra because the help with the ache and pressure that she feels after the injections. These work great and I have enough for the ride home which is about 6.5 hours each way. I will be ordering more in the future.

The Chiropractor told her to use these on her foot every morning for a week or two before getting out of bed. She'd wake up, crack it, and it did the job. I don't know why folks are saying they're hard to break or not getting cold. Unless you have Arthritis or don't have strength because your 80 years old? For the normal, healthy person, they're just fine. Now, they won't be freezing as in technically below 32 F, but they do get mighty cold. Lasted maybe an hour... but she only used for 20 minutes, so did just fine. She'd wrap in a washcloth and use on her foot. We'd recommend and would buy again. This isn't a replacement for a cold pack from your freezer... nor would any product like this be.

I purchased this product based on the other 8 reviews. I am very disappointed. They are NOT easy to use. I find them VERY hard to POP the inner bag. I have tried with one hand, two hands. I have had others try and they also find them very hard to POP. They stay cold for five to ten min. I would not recommend these due to how hard they are to use.

I discovered EverOne Instant Cold Packs while looking for relief from shingles. The cooling lasts for 10 to fifteen minutes. Easy to use. Does not require any special storae. I would recommend the 50-count package for anyone who has a regular workout or run.

I have neuro muscular issues and overheat very easily in addition to carrying cars of ice water that I literally have to carry over my head. These ice packs have come in quite handy. For example, my car broke down, and I was stuck on the side of the road. They don’t last very long maybe 15 minutes but it does get me over the hump so to speak. I wish they made something that lasted longer but nobody does. These aren’t as good as any others I’ve ever tried.

Impossible to get inner pouch to pop. Squeeze and squeeze and nothing. Bought two boxes and not sure what to do with the unopened one. Bought these to use while wearing cast for 6 weeks, walking boot for 9 weeks, and physical therapy for 3 months. Unable to get upstairs to freezer for ice. I'm pretty strong for a woman my age, but these packs have me beat. Waste of money. Pay a little more, at least you'll get use out of them.
