This is a great action camera, very reasonable price. Very clear photos and videos. The EK7000 Pro connects easily to WIFI. It’s simple to operate and functions well. I like how it looks with its functional, lightweight design. Photo and video color is close to natural. I will mostly use this camera for boating and scuba diving or snorkeling.

This is a handy little camera that has good picture quality in a compact form factor. I got it to record my fly casting form to improve my casting technique. I can mount it on a tripod and control it from my phone. It works great for that. I have since discovered several more uses for it as well. This is a nice little camera at a great price.

This is my first action camera so take this review with a grain of salt. I'm not a pro or a hard core athlete in any way. 2 main use cases for me: (1) underwater, since I'm a huge snorkeling/scuba enthusiast - haven't tested this case yet; and (2) for biking since I love my usual trails and wanted to share with family. The second one I did test yesterday and it went quite well! The several mounts that came with the bundle could use some guides in the online manual - hard to figure out what all of them are for but I did figure out the bike mounts and was able to add multiple axes on to it to swivel as I wanted. The camera itself is of excellent quality so far. Battery life could be better but I have no idea what to expect generally so not sure if this is normal or not. I think I got about 1 hour or slightly more out of 1 battery. The bundle did come with 2 batteries and an external charger so if I had kept the extra battery with me, it would have more than sufficed for a 2 hour ride so that's my miss. The only annoying thing was that the screen went off shortly after starting recording and when the battery died, I couldn't tell in any way. Maybe there are settings for this and I guess turning off the screen is probably the right thing to conserve battery. I think if I spend some time with it and figure out the indicators better (there are multiple LEDs that blink and probably indicate recording on/off, etc. but it was too sunny to see this while biking). Just downloaded the video to my PC - looks quite good! I only used 1080P (not 4K) since I didn't see the point but even that looks quite good. The image stabilization seems to work though I can't tell for sure since I'm hardly an X games kind of biker :) - more sedate and leisurely except for some bursts of speed and downhill shenanigans. Hard to say about sound quality since the trails and road on a bike were quite noisy and I could mostly hear either cars or the bike tires' noise. I wasn't counting on sound too much anyway (except as an indicator of speed, for which it works fine in this cam). Anyway, I'm quite satisfied overall with the cam itself and the bundle with the batteries and charger and all the mounts plus being on a lightning deal with an additional $12 off definitely made this worthwhile. Hopefully it works well underwater as well - which was the primary reason for buying it - sadly won't be able to test it for quite a while on any swimmable beaches with the travel issues going on with Covid right now :(

I’ve had this camera since 2022. It has held up the whole time! Honestly the video quality is really good and the sound is okay. There is a microphone you can get to get better sound quality which I think is really cool. The only issue I have faced with this camera is the battery life and one of the parts rusted and stuck to the waterproof case. It was a tripod mount to hold the camera underwater and the whole thing rusted and broke. It was user error on my end for not taking it apart from being in the water but I wish they put that in the instructions. It comes with a bunch of attachments which I love and is compatible with any mounting system. Overall I absolutely love this camera and how it functions. I’ve never bought a go-pro but honestly I don’t see the point as how good this camera is. 100% recommend!

Ich habe mir die Kamera für meinen Ägyptenurlaub gekauft. Da ich nicht wusste, ob ich sie danach weiter verwenden würde, wollte ich erstmal nicht so viel investieren. Die Kamera ist eine günstige und gute Alternative zu GoPro und co. Sie kann Videos mit 30 fps bei 4K oder 2,7K. Ich hatte mir anfangs Gedanken gemacht, wegen der geringen fps. Die Videos sehen aber sehr flüssig aus. Mit der maximalen Speicherkapazität von 64GB können ca 3:20 h Videos in 4K aufgenommen werden. Alternativ gehen Videos in 1080p mit 60 fps. Fotos gehen mit 20 MP. Es gibt einen Bildstabilisierer (ob oder wie gut diese funktioniert, kann ich nicht sagen), sowie eine Zeitraffer Funktion für Bilder und Videos. Der Akku hält laut Hersteller 90 Minuten. Das kann realistisch sein, wenn man das WLAN der Kamera nicht nutzt. Ansonsten ist der Akku mit WLAN Nutzung schnell platt. Es ist allerdings ein zweiter Akku dabei. Enthalten sind diverse Halterungen für Helme etc. sowie ein wasserdichtes Case. Dieses habe ich zum Schnorcheln verwendet. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es, weil keine Halterung für Unterwasser dabei ist und man das Display der Kamera durch das case schlecht sieht. Die Kamera hat leider auch keinen Zoom. Die Bilder und Videos können mit einer App über WLAN bequem auf das Handy übertragen werden. Wer eine Action Kamera für kleines Geld mit guten Funktionen sucht, ist hier richtig.
