This jig is awesome! It is very high quality and very precise. The case is solid and fits the tool perfectly. The instructions are easy to follow and set up is very easy. It is expensive. No getting around that! But I think it’s totally worth it. Time is money and this jig will save you a lot of time if you are building cabinets and drawers on a fairly regular basis. Even for a weekend woodworker like me…I’m able to really use my limited time in the shop more efficiently because of this jig. Personally, I think the ‘Pro’ version is an absolute must. If you are doing multiple drawers that are the same size, it’s a time-saver.

This jig is amazing. I am a professional carpenter and install 100’s of kitchens a year. This jig makes the task of laying out and drilling holes for pulls and knobs fast, easy, and fool proof I will even let an apprentice use it once I have set it up. The jig itself has almost no learning curve and is well laid out and user friendly. It is easy to move between drawer faces and door even between single pull knobs and back to large draw pulls. I will never install a kitchen with out this jig again

Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? DEFINITELY. I was a bit reluctant to buy this based on the price, but I'm so glad I did. I've never installed cabinet handles before, but I was able to successfully and flawlessly install 54 handles, and the job looks like it was done by a pro. When I first started using it, I was quadruple checking and measuring everything, but once I got the hang of it, I got more confident in using and trusting it. I'm so glad I didn't opt for one of the cheaper tools that I was considering. This tool is high quality, very precise, and worth every penny. I'm also glad I bought the "pro" version because I definitely needed the extension. There are a number of good YouTube videos that demonstrate how to use it correctly.

Excellent, well manufactured product with clear, easy to follow instructions. I consistently drilled straight, accurate measured parallel holes for long pulls quickly. Made installing crystal knobs in the exact right place a breeze. Take the time to set the hole guides where they should be for any size pull, lock the placement with machined precision and it’s an excellent tool. Yes, it’s more $ than the plastic guides but if you want first-time, no mistakes high end results quickly this durable tool is the unit. And, its machined in the US. BTW, I paid full price for it. Perhaps not required for shorter cabinet pulls where being off plumb is not going to create an issue, but this is a superb product for accuracy and speed of install. I had to install some long pulls with narrow bases ( Alno A419-6-CHBRZ) on 42” painted cabinets. If the install is was off plumb on side by side by side doors or the pulls did not exactly match height it will be noticeable. With the A419s there is essentially no room for error. The base, where it touches the cabinet, is VERY narrow. Those how to videos that say use a bigger hole size to allow wiggle and adjustment would cause a hole that will be seen, especially as the handle shifts in daily use. Back to the unit, it even comes with a quality 5mm drill that fits the machined guides perfectly. The 5mm will be fine for most applications. But if you want finer precision, as I did for A419s, I used the tip of a 5mm bad point bit to lightly mark exact hole center. Removed the guide and used a 5/32 brad point for the actual screw hole. My old Ryobi 18V has a fairly accurate bubble level to guide level and by looking down on the drill I could keep the hole darn near exactly 90 degrees. With the holes marked exactly where there should be on all the doors and drawers, and tightly holding narrow bases with no slop, its quality. Summary: great tool – machined and marked well. Produces accurate results with any size pulls over and over quickly.

Ok. I love this hardware jig. It is sturdy, fairly easy to use, and very well built. The case is awesome, and holds everything snugly in place. Having the accurate measure scales is a huge plus and a time saver. My old jig required me to use a tape measure everytime I set it up, or changed from one size to another. The reason for 4 stars...the price. I understand that this is a specialized tool, and it is designed well for the job it's made for. I have no complaints about the tool, case, accessories etc. Just that darn price. I fought with myself on whether to pull the trigger on a fairly high dollar purchase, and I'm happy I did, in the long run. But $300 was a good portion of the price of a new miter saw that I needed after mine finally gave up. If you need a well built, well-designed hardware jig, this is that jig. Just be sure you can justify the price, and be sure you need all of the bells and whistles that come with the higher-priced set.

I had 20 drawer handles to install in one go. This massively increased the speed and accuracy from my usual method of masking tape and two combi squares

Very high quality tool. Well built, easy to set up and will last forever. Cuts time in half for installing hardware
