Worth It!!!
I bought this processor by selling my whole pc, it was worth it thou, now I just stare at this processor and think about how to buy a pc again. It was worth it thou. Send Help.❤️

Very high price
This is 4 years old and priced very high compared to 10th and 11th gen cpu. Even 9th gen is cheaper. In this amount less 30k you can end up with 10980xe cpu, if you purchase from right seller. Moreover, I think this 7th gen cpu are not in supported list for windows 11.

Fantastic cpu, fantastic deal, felt very lucky to get this at such a price, was 350 dollars, I think it was 1800 dollars new.

I originally ordered a 7980XE Back on October 20th, and after waiting almost a month, with no ETA, I canceled and ordered a 7960X instead. I am happy I made the move, and I let's face it, 16 cores is a better sounding number than 18.. heh! I also believe that the 7960 will be able to overclock better. I have so far been running 4.64 GHz, all cores for 4 days now without issue. Using 1.2 Vcore I believe, and loads Prime 95 somewhere in the low 80s. Awesome chip, and noticeably faster than my 5960X (oced at 4.6Ghz) for video editing. Single core performance is pretty similar too. Would recommend this chip, if you can afford it that is and you are partial to Intel.

Hardly even breaks a sweat when running multiple programs, my VR, and various AAA games. Very satisfied for the price
