Looks good and works well
I have installed on my 30-06 savage. I would upload a picture but the rifle in the display model is my exact gun so no need. It fits well, and stays in place on gun. I took the scope off to install it so I didn’t have to stretch it out too much. I feel like it’d be a pain otherwise Update: The look is awesome, the fit is awesome, but using it in the field just didn’t work out for me. I ended up taking it off halfway through season and because I didn’t want to pull my scope off and sight in again in the middle of the rut, I just cut the sleeve off. Not a bad idea, just didn’t work for me.

Wish I had thought to put these on some of my C&R rifles before I beat up the wood...
I am using this stock guard on a Marlin 336 lever action 30-30. It was a bit of a chore to get on there, which I think was great for this type of item. The inside of the sleeve is very tacky rubber, and really needs to be coaxed along the wood. In the long run, this is going to mean serious stability and a repeatable cheek weld on the firearm. It also means I don't have to worry about my extra shells sliding over to the bottom of the stock or becoming hard to locate. The color was a very close match for the dark brown leather mossy oak sling, and the stitched window in the sleeve for the sling mount means this shouldn't become a point of undue wear, or disintegration for the product. Overall, this is a well thought out product that works well for my application, and the quality of the neoprene, edging and all stitching seems very good.

Nice looking and durable stock guard.
I bought one of these in the real tree pattern for my Remington 700 7m mag and a black one for my Marlin 4570. Both were a little difficult to install but fit very nicely on both guns. They seem to hold the shells very firm and are well made and seem very durable. They look great on both guns. Well satisfied with both of them thus far.

good product
purchased for a henry .44 bigboy carbine... good material and strong construction... ammo loops a little long for .44 but holds rounds firmly... was a little work to get it on... fits very snug and doesn't move except on the grip end where it gaps just a little... the carbine stock diameter is somewhat smaller at that point than most rifles though.. all in all a good product...

Well made rifle cartridge holder with cut out for rifle sling stud
This is a well made, substantial rifle cartridge sleeve. I was using an Allen cartridge sleeve, but it was starting to fray from thorns on the brush in Africa, and the Allen sleeve didn't have the hole in it for the sling stud like this one does. I put it on a Weatherby rifle, which has a huge cheekpiece, so it was a stretch - literally - to get it on the stock. To put it on the stock remove the stock from the receiver and slide it on from the tip of the stock rather than trying to stretch it over the butt of the rifle. It only holds 6 cartridges (vs some that hold up to 12), but one rarely needs that many rounds plus the ones that are already loaded into the rifle itself at any one time. Also, it's made in the USA - right here in Bozeman, Montana.

Works like a charm!
My Winchester 1894 .30-30 is a genuine model made my Winchester before they were bought out, so the stock is slightly straighter than most rifle models. However, the sleeves fits very well, which means it will fit all other medium and large rifle models perfectly. The neoprene underside grips the stock incredibly well so there’s no worry about the sleeve slipping. Overall, an excellent product if you want a great rifle stock cover!

Excellent Product!
A very nice product! Put it on a Winchester model 70 300 win mag nice tight fit and holds shells very securely without being hard to get them in or out. I slide it down over the barrel and action to put it on though a little work and it went on nice and smooth.

Top notch product
I think it takes a lil muscle and patience so as to not rip it..especially around the opening for swivel stud under the stock. But once its on..it fits snug and actually give you a lil softer cheek support apart from that you can carry 6 cartridges in it. Not slippery at all. Follow the directions exactly like the pictograph shows. It works. My 8th one...and I'm a penny pincher so that speaks for itself. Beartoorh on all my rifles!
