When running the shower the hot water would get hot, boiler would overheat, turn off, then the water would get cold and then start to heat up again... Rinse and repeat. Everything pointed to the heat exchanger. Replacing the part was fairly straightforward and now the hot water runs fine as expected. Very happy and much cheaper than originally quoted for the part.

Fits Baxi 105e Combi Boiler

Does the job at a sensible price
This generic heat exchanger does the job perfectly at less than half cost of a Baxi spare, and you don't have to purchase a separate pack of O rings as they come supplied!
