cheap material used
It broke on the first ride o a rough road and broke my phone. I wish you would sell a product for a phone that is expensive with better material than that

Cheap plastic
Low grade quality......very dissatisfied.....returned as soon as I received it... I would not trust this holder with my expensive phone at all.

Won't fit Note 3 with a case
While the product itself appears to be sturdy, it will not fit the Note III if it has you have a case on it. I've put an Otter Box case on my phone and constant removal of case weakens the locks and the rubber cover. Additionally, why would I want to put my $700 phone unprotected on my handlebars??I wish they had noted this in the product description that it had to be used case free, it would have saved me the return
