I've tried just about every kind of sugar free sports drink or electrolyte drink on the market and I always come back to Body Armor Lyte. I have POTS, work a active job, and exercise daily: staying hydrated can be difficult and sometimes water alone doesn't cut it. Most sports drinks on the market have an artificial aftertaste and you feel thirstier after drinking them. Body armor Lyte has coconut water and natural flavors that are delicious and quench my thirst. I actually prefer the flavor of the Lyte over a sugar filled beverage. I like that they have 100% DV of B Vitamins and Potassium, not just sodium, which is essential for energy production and hydration. Halfway through the day when I'm feeling sluggish, I'm usually just dehydrated, and drinking one of these I can immediately feel the difference. It's hard to find the Orange flavor in stores. I recommend the Blueberry/Pomegranate, Peach/Mango, and Tropical Pineapple which are all delicious.

One of my favorite flavors. Taste like OJ without all the sugar. Low calorie and refreshing. Unable to find in my local store so ordering is convenient.

Great value for the money. I love this flavor, you should think about where you are storing it. Maybe a cooler place, so that the flavor stays sharp.

After reaching for a famous brand after a hike on a hot day that left me unexpectedly depleted, I asked friends for an alternative electrolyte beverage that was all natural, sugar free and delicious. This was one of the recommendations and it's great! I love the orange clementine best, it tastes like healthy Tang, but a little less tangy (the Peach Mango is very tangy and delicious, my other favorite). I just love orange! Blueberry is another delicious flavor, mildly sweet. It's refreshing, made with all natural zero glycemic sweeteners and includes coconut water, only 20 calories a bottle. Low net carbs! Sweet but not too sweet, refreshing enough to quench your thirst, lots of electrolytes. I take with me every time I go for a walk even if it's just around the block. On a hot day it keeps me quenched and with full energy. Electrolytes are a must especially in summer! Enjoy!
