Great tool

Simple, yet effective
Nevermind that it is just a wire. This makes sock embroidery on a single needle so easy. I also have a 3D printed version that works but isn’t as simple as this. I highly recommend

Causes my needle(s) to break
I need some help understanding how this hoop can be used with color changes in the design. Whenever there is a color change, my carriage moves around to reset and my needle will always HIT the metal hoop, which has caused numerous needle breaks. Please help me understand how to use this tool with a single needle when the carriage moves?
