Q: What size egg weights and how many of each does the mold make?

The mold has 2 rows of different size weights with a T handel steel rod that is copper coated. Row 1 sizes 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, 3/4.oz, One of each. Row 2, 1 oz, 1-1/2 oz, 2 oz, 3 oz./ one of each. You can only pour one row at a time because you need to insert the rod so you have a hole in the middle of the egg weight. Also let's say you want 1oz only, you can only pour 1 at a time. Same goes with any other size you may want. It a great mold if you're not sure what size you're gona need. But it's slower because if you Want 1 particular size you can only pour one at a time. But it's a very versatile because you have so many different sizes you can pour.

Q: Does it come with the rod that makes the hole?

Yes, it comes with the rod for the holes. FYI use Pam cooking nonstick on the rod and you can remove it easier.

Q: How do you cut off the sprue or excess lead from each sinker after it cools? Do you break it off with your fingers?

I use wire cutters to cut off the sprue and excess lead.
