This product is sturdy and put together very well. The welds are okay.
I Like how sturdy this product is. The welds are okay but the tightening knobs seem to be invaluable for alot of road work. Great product for the money though. This item did not come with instructions on putting it together......like most hardware for some reason. Must be an industry joke.

Nice and stable.
Good and stable, as a table...okay well not quite that stable but it survives getting jostled in our tiny basement music room without crashing despite the large 16inch remo djembe on it.. hasn't given up when people really get into it and holds the drum at just the right angle, as if you had the string on.

Brand new
No instructions! I was very concerned about lack of instructions but I was able to put it together by watching another customers videos and looking at the pictures from other customers. I have zero experience with drum stands and wanted to try this out. I got it together without too much trouble. If it weren’t for the other customer video I would have returned it, unable to assemble. I still have it a 4 because it seems very sturdy, adjustable, and much lower price than other metal drum stands. I am short and the adjustability is very good. I had it quite high at first so I think it would be fine for a much taller person too. The drum angle is easily adjustable too. I might write another review after I actually use it.

SUPER value!
The djembe still rocks a bit, meaning it is not 100% stable, but for the money it is very well built and will work for most people just fine I would think, and for the price, super glad I bought it.

Useless
There's literally nothing good about this stand. The pieces don't fit together well, so it rattles like crazy with every strike of the drum, making it completely useless: you couldn't have a microphone within 15 ft without picking up scraping metal sounds. The main bracing is angled back too far so that the drum rests against the corner of it instead of flush. It shakes/wobbles enough to completely throw off your playing. With the telescoping pieces, it could've easily been made to go low enough to play while sitting, but it doesn't, so standing is your only option. Don't bother.

Totally worth the price
I have only set it up. Have not used it yet. It was very easy to set up. Most reviews said they had to make adjustments to the product. I did not for my 14" Remo Djembe. A very basic...very affordable stand. I'm only using it for a musical pit orchestra so it's not going to get a lot of abuse. You could spend $50 to $150 more but for my use it will probably work just fine.

Better quality control
Could be a great stand the design great but poor welds on support brackets and upper bracket mounted at an angle so mounting drum would put it at a slight angle. I purchased two stand and one's a little better than the other I will have to rework it the other is going back.

Sturdy stand does the job
Sturdy enough for a large, heavy djimbe, but accommodates smaller ones, as well. Height adjusts for standing or sitting. Good stand. Well pleased.
