I thought there would be more in the bag since it’s really cut up. It was enough to fill about a half gallon mason jar. I like to use this product in my herbal tea that I make in the morning. The product itself is really good quality just there’s not a lot of it for the price, but I would definitely order it again because it adds great flavor to my tea.

Absolutely delicious dried ginger root in small flakes perfect for tea, and, I'm sure, other recipes and baked goods. It's powerfully flavored and not bitter, and I'm definitely getting it again when I run out.
