Bedslide 1000 Classic

I am 64 years old. I own a Pool Service &Maintenance business for 25 years. This bed allow me to manage new equipment installs without a trailer. Very handy

Installation went pretty well but then the kid across the street is a pretty good mechanic. Get the no drill installation kit. Product isn’t cheap and the kit not only makes it easier on you but easier on the truck as well. The contraption is built very stout. Pretty darned slick device. Very, very handy! Don’t know when these devices came out but if I’d known how well they worked I’d have had one installed at the dealer or immediately after I got it home. Much easier on your back and saves you the effort of pulling everything out of the truck to pick up the “Just in case” tackle box you packed at the very front of the bed. I wouldn’t have another pickup without it.

This thing is bulletproof. Heavy duty and the installation is straight forward with excellent attachment system and hardware. 4 holes, sturdy attachment fittings and bolts. Great product and has worked great for the last several months.

Works great for my conversion van that I converted into a camper. Now I can get to my stuff easily. The coating is slippery. Which is weird because it feels rough. A cqrpet covered rubber mat took care of that problem. Easy to mount. Would recommend.

I should have purchased this when I purchased the F-150. It wasn't as big a deal when I had the tonneau cover, but as soon as I traded for a cap and built a mezzanine deck at the top of the bed, I needed one of these to be able to access things at the front of the bed below the 2nd deck. This Bedslide 1000 Classic is perfect for my needs. I carry a generator, a propane tank, and camping equipment. The heavier items go on the slide and are in bins or buckets. The lighter tables, chairs, etc. ride on the upper level. This arrangement is great for our travels with a camping trailer. I'm very happy with this purchase and recommend it highly.

My truck has a 6” lift and make life much easier to grab things out of back and can extend to put longer boards in. Great quality well made

Beware, says it will fit a ford 150, without drilling holes. Seller does not tell you the actual four little brackets that bolt it down to "existing bolt holes" have to be purchased from Bedslide for additional $200. Included in the original package are only bolts you have to drill through the deck of your pickup. Bedslide says quote, "I'm sorry but all products sold on Amazon are 3rd party listings and is vehicle specific ....the no drill kit is a optional install" So why tell us it fits if we cannot install it? "Fit" to me means it can be installed. This unit CANNOT be installed as advertised without additional expensive hardware. 200$ for four stamped metal brackets?

I think it’s not very useful because it takes a lot of room in my truck. You loose almost 30% of its capacity. I don’t recommend it
